I understand that the Art Center may photograph art-making activities at times. If I do not wish to have mine or my child's photograph (if registering a minor) taken or used in future Art Center publications, I will notify staff at [email protected] or (712) 279-6580.

I understand and agree that when I register, I have obligated myself to pay for the courses and all other charges related to this registration. If registering by bank card, I authorize the Sioux City Art Center to charge my account the amount noted.

The Art Center may cancel a course or workshop if the minimum enrollment is not reached or if circumstances with the instructor have changed.

If either occurs, registered students will be contacted and refunded the full course tuition and any additional fees.

During inclement weather, it may be necessary to cancel a date. If this occurs, students will be notified and a makeup class will be scheduled.

Students will receive a 75% refund of tuition if a request to withdraw is received by the Gilchrist Learning Center Education Department no later than 7 days before the first day of the course. Requests to withdraw from a course less than 7 days before the first class session will not be eligible for tuition refunds. If you register for a class or workshop last minute (within 1 week of the class), this cancellation policy still applies. Alternatively, students may elect to add a Purchase Protection insurance option below that is provided through TicketSpice.

Registration Agreement: I understand and agree that the date I officially withdraw will determine the amount of refund, if any, I will receive.
